Heart Circle Prayer
I am deserving of love.
Love flows in and out easily.
I am sensual and beautiful.
It is safe for me to love.
I open my heart to love and joy.
It is safe for me to open my heart.
I am connected to the give and take of the universe.
I love my heart and my chest.
I am the loving and the beloved.
My heart is a fountain to be filled and spilled and filled.
I am deserving of love.

Hip Circle Prayer

I am beautiful.
My core is power and life.
My hips are round and delicious.
My hips are nourishing and full.
Lowest Belly, I know now where you are.
The base of my power is in my hips.
It belongs to me, this place. I can go there whenever I want.
My hips embody the power of the Mother Earth.
My hips are slithery.
My hips are alive.
My hips overflow with warmth, pleasure and deliciousness.
My hips are deep, moist and dark as the rich brown earth.
My hips are like a Moroccan stew ... smells good.
My hip circles are my internalized sensuality.
I work from the inside out, delicious and comfortable.
My hip circle is a reminder of my inner strength.
My inner circle winds me in and out again.
My hip circle enlivens, sustains and surprises me.
My hips circle in a perfectly balanced pelvis.
I am beautiful.
